Side Quests & AuDHD
I work to help with different outreach programs...specifically, often focused around neurodivergence/ADHD/ASD/etc. This is achieved through both specific outreach programs/initiatives, as well as overlaps with my scientific interests, including figure guides and wildlife conservation.

Autistic and abroad
Through an invited article in eLife I was able to talk about some of the challenges of living abroad while being a medicated autistic scientist. You can read the article here.

An autistic academic - blog post series
I write a (semi) monthly blog post on my Medium page about being an autistic academic discussing some of the challenges of medication, masking, and more - see my Medium page.

SCIFIG workshop
I worked on a workshop with Dr. Nataliya Rokhmanova showing how to make fantastic scientific figures. We create a workshop template so others can follow, teach, and use it - give us a star on GitHub.

Zoo biomechanics day
Working with Cassie Shriver and Audra Davidson we started an outreach day each spring where visitors come to Zoo Atlanta to learn about biomechanics, bioinspiration, and more - join next years!

Tech4Wildlife student organization
During my Ph.D. at Georgia Tech I co-founded a student organization called Tech4Wildlife helping connect Georgia Tech undergraduate students with zoo/conservation partners - check out the organization.

Networking workshop
While at Max Planck Institute, myself and Dr. Vani Sundaram co-run a workshop on networking before, during, and after conferences for incoming Ph.D. students to the program. Email me for the slides.
